At B3 Refrigeration, we want your HVAC system to receive the best care while saving you money. We offer a 21-point inspection twice a year maintenance plan that will get you through coldest and hottest time of the year. Some of the steps our technicians will take during an appointment:
Inspect the unit for any damage, check the bearings on the outdoor fan motor and blower motor, inspect indoor and outdoor coils, make sure the thermostat is operating correctly, check for loose connections, check refrigerant levels, clear condensate drain lines
